There are some specific qualities one must exhibit before opting for any type of foster care. The qualities such as being very flexible and adaptable to constantly changing situations, and also be able to sacrifice personal choices and taking decisions which are compatible for the whole family.

These qualities are required to provide a solid foundation for foster children and young people in the foster care, because all they need in a foster home is a stable and happy environment to grow.
